AMRAP 5
15 Thrusters @ 95/65
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 53/35

*Each team will be allowed 1 barbell for each weight and 1 kettlebell for each weight (4 working rep positions). All athletes may work at the same time (two of the athletes will perform the scheme backwards). Males will work together, likewise with females, due to having to rotate between their working weight for the two movements.
*Similar to Open 13.5 – If a team is fast enough to complete 90 reps (each athlete), they will be allotted an additional 5 min to AMRAP the scheme again. Athletes may start the scheme over as soon as 90 reps each is completed; you DO NOT have to wait for the second (or third) AMRAP 5 to “beep” on its’ start.
