How do approach your Sundays? Do you set aside the minimal time it will take to prep a few extra tasty meals and set your week up for success? Try this recipe for an awesome chili experience. Or make up your own recipe and freeze the leftovers in single serving freezer bags for later in the week!

Crockpot Chili
Makes 6 servings:
3 lb ground turkey
2 cups quinoa
2 diced tomatoes
2 cups green chilis
1 crushed tomatoe
1 carton of turkey bone broth
2 cups black beans
1 can corn
1 large sweet potato
1 large onion
4-6 large carrots
1 tbsp olive oil

Substitute as many canned items as possible to cut down on prep time. Garnish with cilantro and avocado to balance out your fat macronutrient and make it a full meal.
