Bench Press (use weight equivalent to your own bodyweight or something that gets you past 10 reps)
Barbell Row (use weight equivalent to your own bodyweight or something that gets you past 10 reps)
Dips
Horizontal Bar Row
*Perform all 5 sets of one movement before moving on to the next. Rest as needed.
B) Time trial
