A) 6×4 Floor Press @ 85% of two weeks ago (Wednesday’s) heaviest set of 5
*If you were lucky enough to find a barbell, great, if not:
4x ME Pushups with a slow decent to the bottom and a 5 second pause with your chest 1″ off the floor
B) Tabata Jumping Lunges
Rest 1 min
Tabata Pushups
Rest 1 min
Tabata Mountain Climbers
