A) Footwork drills for “no feet” lifts and situations where lifting light/medium weights changes technique.
*No feet cleans, no feet jerks, sneaky clean & jerks. We’ll work in as few as singles and as many as tripples (TnG).
B) “Death by Clean & Jerks” @ 135/95
*Start with 1 C&J and add an additional rep in each consecutive minute.
*Score is total reps once athlete fails to complete a round.
