*Sets @ 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%. If weight approaches a 3RM feel step it back to the previous weight.
B) AMRAP3x3
1. 100 Dubs, then AMRAP horizontal ring rows
2. 100 Dubs, then AMRAP walking lunges
3. 20 Burpees, then AMRAP air squats
*Rest 1 min between AMRAPs
*2:1 singles
