A) 2 Pause Power Clean + Pause Front Squat
*Work up to a challenging weight, but understand the pause in the PC is for rhythym and position in pulls 1 and 2.
B) “Macho Man”
EMOM for as long as possible (20 min cap):
3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks @ 155/115
*If you complete 10 rounds, add one rep to each movement for each additional minute.
*Minute 11 would be 4/4/4. Minute 12 would be 5 of each, and minute 13 would be 6 of each
