Min 1 – 1 Burpee, 1 KBS @ 70/53
Min 2 – 2 Burpees, 2 KBS
Min 3 – 3 Burpees, 3 KBS

*Continue adding 1 rep each minute until failure. When you fail to complete the KBS, drop them out and continue adding 1 Burpee
