Home-WOD Challenge #3

A) 3x Max Effort Pushups
*Go for broke on all sets! Rest as needed between attempts.
B) 4 Rounds for time:
1:00 Plank on hands (pushup style)
10 Backwards Burpees (go down to your butt and situp instead of front/pushup)
20 Knees to Chest (similar to Vup, just tuck instead)
30 Air Squats
*Must accumulate the full 1:00 plank, if you fall down from it stop counting time.
