A) 2 attempts to establish longest Plank.
*Set a solid, long attempt on your first try, rest as long as it took you, then take a second attempt and beat your first!
B) EMOM for as long as possible:
20 Mountain Climbers (each leg needs to go forward for one rep)
5 Air Squats
5 Squat Jumps (air squat and jump off the ground)
*15 min cap. Score is either your slowest round, or how far you made it through the EMOM. If you miss one of the first 5 rounds, drop the mountain climbers to 10.
