*This is a chance to work on rhythym, technique, and overall feel/balance for finding the hole better than you normally do.
If you have decent rhythym and speed begin the EMOM @ 50% and add about 5% every minute. Ideally no misses.
10 Cleans @ 135/95
*Must squat all cleans.
