A) Pullup Ladder
*1 pullup, 2 pullups, 3, . . . when you feel like you can only get 1 more good rep stop and go back down the ladder. Rest minimally, but as needed.
B) “MisFit Sprint Triathalon”
Bike 1 mile
Row 500m
Run 400m
*MisFit would kill us for reversing the first two bits, but we only have two airdynes and this works best for us. Cheers.
