A) Pause Backsquat 5×5
*Use same weight as last week’s front squat and 3-sec pause in the bottom
B) For reps:
15 SDHP Every 2:00
*Start @ 75/55, add 10# every 2:00, and continue until you fail to complete reps in allotted time
*5 Burpee buy-in to every round
