Team will need 2 barbells, 2 pullup locaitons and floor space for 2 HRPU

20 Partner Deadlifts @ 225/155
20 HRPU
20 Pull-ups
*Each Partner must complete all of each movement/rep count listed. The catch – deadlifts only count if your partner is holding their bar, HRPU only count if partner is planking, and pull-ups only count if partner is dead hanging.
