A) For load:
EMOM 1 Squat
*Start with an empty bar (45/35), every minute perform 1 squat repetition beginning with the overhead squat. Add #10 every minute. When you can longer OHS switch to a Front Squat. When you can no longer FS switch to a Back Squat.
B) 3x ME Superman Hold
*Rest as needed. During your rest complete a ME set of unbroken pushups.
