*Start at something manageable, but not easy, and add weight every minute. If you fail drop to your last made weight and finish the EMOM.
B) For time:
10 Strict Press @ 95/65
10 Overhead Squat
20 Push Press
20 Front Squat
30 Push Jerk
30 Backsquat
