A) Deadlift 3×5 @ 70%
B) For time:
400m Farmers Carry @ 70/53’s
*Every time you set down the KBs, run the 400m loop til you’re back where you set them down.
*If you’re able to get around the 400m without stopping use a heavier set of KBs or do an 800m. Step up!
